I stumbled upon Daniel Rigmaiden's tweet showing that the FBI deleted from it's website a guide to FOIA research.
Read the rest of the conversation as well. Here Daniel quotes from his Motion for Summary Judgement a possible reason why FBI deleted the guide

I wonder why @FBI wants to hide this? http://t.co/Kqkpn0WLPS (https://t.co/KlMxzNOTiX) Could this be why? pic.twitter.com/ZeWrzgKtdL

Luckily Jeffrey Kaye and Alexa O'Brien noticed that it was archived and posted links to the Internet Archive page. I noticed that the links within the archived version still work, including my favorite, “View a printable version (pdf, 13MB)”So now I have a copy for you to read since FBI took it down
A Guide to Conducting Research in FBI Records
Enjoy!
